Music enthusiasts and loyal fans can now explore her most recent release, Crazy Little Things (Potomac, 2011), a musical creation indicative of Carter's versatility as an expressive vocalist and poignant songwriter. Carter mixes jazz, blues and a pinch of pop to create a signature CD complete with songs on motherhood, falling in love, and staying in love. What makes the CD is its collection of some of Carter's favorite jazz, soul and rock cover songs, recreated with a unique vocal style to make them her own signature jazz creations. Carter's expressive style is poignant in her subtle yet persuasive delivery of 'Let's Stay Together,' one of Grammy Award-winning soul legend, 's top hit singles. Carter sings an upbeat jazz and blues version of Queen's classic rock hit, 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love.' Taking the tempo up to a rhythmic groove, driving the song under her eloquent vocals. Carter rearranges 's 'It Don't Mean A Thing (If It Ain't Got That Swing),' emoting a jazz and blues version that is smooth in its depth and essential in its ambiance.

In addition to recreating her favorite cover songs, Carter reveals yet another gift, the talent of songwriting, in the beautiful original ballad, 'Jessie's Song,' written and inspired by her love for her daughter. Carter's Crazy Little Things is a well-produced musical creation with top musicians, strong rhythm sections and improvisation-oriented arrangements that complement and accentuate her sultry, jazzified vocals, a project highlighting, in her very own style, a spirit of excellence and self-expression.

From the top of a recent performance at the Catalina Jazz Club in Hollywood, California, Carter's vivacious energy set the tone for a night of high energy jazz and blues as she worked the room surrounded by some of the industry's top musicians, including percussionist Paul Leim, keyboardists Pat Coil and Shane Keister, bassists Dave Hungate and Danny O'Lannerghty, saxophonists Sam Levine and Lou Marini, and guitarist Kerry Marx. Carter is currently moving on a brisk tour schedule, preparing for her next show live at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Jazz at the Lincoln Center during the spring of 2013.

The opening sequence of the pilot was originally slightly different than that later used on the series. For many years the pilot movie and the series were under separate syndication contracts, and the pilot movie retained its original opening sequence whenever it was rebroadcast. When these contracts expired and the pilot was made part of the series its original opening sequence was replaced with the one used by the series. When the series was released on home video and later on DVD, neither of them contained the original opening sequence. In the original pilot, the black and white sequence ends with a bomb blowing up and an explosion sound effect. In the current pilot this black and white bomb footage is replaced with the animated exploding star used in the series opening sequence. The animated opening and theme song were also slightly different.

In the original pilot when the words 'Wonder Woman' appeared at the beginning of the sequence, the words 'The New Original' appeared just above it. There are also some minor differences in the comic-book style animation sequence that follows.
