What makes up a team: • 14 - 30+ members • Employees, family or friends are eligible * • Average team size is 22 members • Recommended 18 members • We recommend at least 7 men and 7 women • Members may compete in more than one event • You may register multiple teams *Team members must be 18 or older Recruitment Tools When you create your Dashboard account, you’ll have access to tools that will help you invite, inspire and gauge interest within your company. • Team Member Recruitment Zone () Share the “JOIN OUR TEAM” link that will take your friends and co-workers to your JOIN OUR TEAM page.
Here they can learn all about SportsFest, get pumped and declare their interest in being part of the team. When they do, you as team organizer, will see their names and team member details (such as T-shirt size and events of interest), listed within your Team Dashboard’s Member Interest List.
Once paid for, these interested team members can be moved to your Official Team Roster. • Your Team Management Spreadsheet Veteran Team Organizers find this tool invaluable, and you will too! Download right away and as you recruit team members, simply add them and their member details to your Spreadsheet. It will automatically tally your total team fees, member shirt sizes, the events you assign them too and much more. Each company team is also eligible to enter one squad in each of the following 4 competitions: Beach Volleyball, Tug-of-War, Beach Dodgeball & Surf & Turf Relay. (Corn-Toss is an optional event - enter up to four (4) two team member squads at a cost of $30 each) Company Entrance Fee before discount deadline:$390 (Pay early to reserve your team a spot in the games) After deadline: $490 Team Member Fee $35 / Member Recommended Team Size: 15 - 25 team members Average Team: 20 members *Company and members cost sharing options. If your company has budget concerns, we suggest your team members pay this fee, or a portion thereof, in order to gain the support of your company Extras Corntoss $30/Team of two persons.
You may enter multiple teams. (4 max / registered company team) Team Tent Rentals $100 / Tent. 10'x10' Tent put up and taken down by SportsFest Staff on your reserved team area (Limit 2/registered company team) Team Lunch/Concessions The Sirata Beach Resort and Crabby Bills can be purchased.
