Story is great, game play is fun, characters are memorable and voice acting is pretty good. I also loved the fact that there is no previous games needed to play in order to understand. However, with so many ups there are certainly downs, but most come in the form of glitches and bugs.

These problems are annoying, but honestly they didn't take away from my experience from playing this game. My greatest advice i could give you for this is save every so often and really REALLY be careful of what MODS you install.

Always check their ratings before installing them. If you're like me and enjoy RPG games with good story telling and customization, you'll really enjoy this game.

It goes into my list of favorite RPGs now along with Mass Effect, Dragon Age, The Witcher, Elder Scrolls and Zelda. Give this game a try and you just might like it too. I took a chance and I'm happy. I held off on rating this since release. Originally playing it on PS4, I was initially in awe. As the game went on though, I was more and more disappointed. This is a good game, a great one even.

However, it's not filled with any of the charm or diversity that made the previous titles a 'Fallout' game. If it helps to put it this way, FO4 is the only Fallout I will not play without mods on any platform. Where as New Vegas and FO3 are grand as well as rewarding experiences as just base games without even their DLCs. FO4 is a massive disappointment to lifelong, Interplay era fans like me but it's still fun. Hope the review helps.

Beyond that, there are hundres of hours of content to this game to enjoy. Fans of New Vegas' survival mode can enjoy something similar in Fallout 4 as well. However, glitches and frame rate issues do crop up, especially in urban settings. The graphics aren't mindblowing and the dialogue system can feel restrictive.
