I used to just patch the apps with AMTEmu and leave them, and with all my Adobe apps I would get uncloseable popups saying 'Your software has been heavily modified and it no genuine' with the title Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service. Repatching doesn't help as it doesn't trial the apps, it just makes them unusable.

It will work fine for you but eventually you might start seeing the 'sign in to continue' things when you launch your apps, which just means the apps are not patched anymore.
